Michael Le Bourgeois (197pts) and Ross Broadfoot (166pts) have provided the majority of the points for the champions this season - with former England Sevens and Gloucester winger Guy Thompson crossing for 17 tries.
Jersey also boast former Sale, Ospreys and Edinburgh centre David Bishop and ex Wales prop Ben Evans among their ranks.
Jersey replace Esher in the Championship after the Surrey club finished bottom of their relegation pool - with last season's National One champions London Scottish beating them in the final match.
