Saracens have announced the signing of Italian tighthead prop Lorenzo Romano from Aironi.

Saracens have announced the signing of Italian tighthead prop Lorenzo Romano from Aironi.
The 23-year-old played in all six of Aironi's Heineken Cup fixtures last season and was recently called up to Jacques Brunel's Italy squad for the forthcoming tour matches against Argentina, Canada and the United States.
Saracens believe they have captured an exciting young prospect with director of rugby Mark McCall stating: "He is a young prop with immense potential.
"Lorenzo made an impact for Airioni last season and was recently included in the Italy squad. We are looking forward to providing an environment where he can develop into one of the leading prop forwards in Europe."
Romano himself added: "Saracens is a dynamic and ambitious club, and I am very pleased to have this outstanding opportunity."
