Glasgow Warriors have signed Scotland international lock Kieran Low from London Irish.

The Warriors confirmed that Low will join them this summer on a two-year deal, subject to a medical.

Low, 24, will end a six-year spell with the Exiles when he moves north.

He becomes the Warriors' third new signing for next season, following Italy flanker Simone Favaro and scrum-half Grayson Hart.

"Kieran is another exciting addition to our squad for next season," Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said.

"He has come through the academy system at London Irish and has worked hard to play at the highest level of the game.

"He is a physical, athletic second-row who can also play in the back-row, so  he will provide more competition and give us more options in the back -five for next season."
