Captain Sam Warburton is among 10 players released from the Wales camp to play for their regional teams this weekend.
Warburton made his first start in more than two months when Wales were beaten 26-3 by Ireland last weekend and is in desperate need of more playing time.
He will feature for the Cardiff Blues against Glasgow at the Arms Park on Saturday along with prop Gethin Jenkins who also started against the Irish after a battle with injury.
Samson Lee and Emyr Phillips will line up for the Scarlets against Ulster on Friday night.
And the Ospreys will have six of Warren Gatland's squad members available after Ryan Bevington, James King, Dan Baker, Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb and Ashley Beck were freed for their clash with Benetton Treviso.
Beck and Baker were called up to join Gatland's squad on Tuesday morning and quickly joined in for their first training session.
Beck won the last of his seven caps against Tonga last November and No 8 Baker made his international debut against Japan last summer.
Wales' biggest injury worry is over centre Scott Williams, who is still being assessed after hurting his shoulder tackling Brian O'Driscoll on Saturday.
They return to Six Nations action on February 21 when France are the visitors to the Millennium Stadium.
