Captain Chris Robshaw is urging England to box clever against South Africa at Twickenham on Saturday.

Stuart Lancaster's hosts face the Springboks following an agonising 20-14 defeat to Australia last weekend, and Robshaw realises that channelling frustration in an effective way will be key.

The Harlequins flanker said: "We look back and there's a huge amount of positives to take from that game as well as a couple of weaknesses.

"What South Africa do is they raise the intensity when they get to that final third and that's something we've got to look at. They're very good at clearing their lines. They've got a great kicking game.

"We need to play to our strengths and it's all about playing in the right areas. We've got to keep our composure and when they put balls in behind us, we've got to make sure we cover that up."

Forwards coach Graham Rowntree added: "We've had a good week reviewing that game because it's a game we should have won. This is our next big challenge and they don't get much bigger than South Africa.

"It was a marked improvement from the previous two Tests and hopefully we can go one better."
