Sale scrum-half Chris Cusiter and Exeter Chiefs prop Moray Low have been drafted in after recovering from the injuries that kept them out of the initial selection, while Edinburgh No 8 David Denton returns after tearing a calf in the pre-Championship training camp in Glasgow last month.

Glasgow Warriors pair Adam Ashe and Alex Allan have also been added to the squad as replacements for their club team-mates Jon Welsh and Gordon Reid, who are out with hand and knee injuries respectively.
