Owen Farrell will make his first start for five weeks when Saracens travel to Ireland to face Munster in the European Champions Cup on Friday.
The fly-half has been sidelined with a quad strain, but a good performance at Thomond Park could fast track Farrell back into the England side for their opening autumn international next month.
Farrell returned to action as a late second-half substitute against French side Clermont Auvergne last week and will now take to the field in Limerick in a bid to prove his fitness to England coach Stuart Lancaster.
Farrell will be partnered at half-back by Neil de Kock while centre Marcelo Bosch replaces Chris Wyles.
However, skipper Alastair Hargreaves is ruled out through injury so Scotland international Jim Hamilton deputises.
Centre Brad Barritt, who will skipper Saracens, said: "It is definitely going to be a game that goes down to the wire and we are going to have to be as clinical as ever.
"We talk about going to these historical grounds, places where people have found it very tough to win, and we know it's going to be extremely tough.
"Munster are a team with a wealth of European experience and a team that are able to consistently work for 80 minutes to achieve the result that they need."
Meanwhile, Munster head coach Anthony Foley makes two changes from the side that pipped Sale Sharks last Saturday, handing starts to props James Cronin and BJ Botha.
Home captain Peter O'Mahony said: "They have been knocking on the door of Europe for the last few years and we know they are hungry for success.
"They are a fairly complete side. They can attack from all areas with dangerous players all over the place."
As for England, they open their autumn account against New Zealand on November 8 followed by Tests against South Africa, Samoa and Australia.
