The Heineken Cup pool stage reaches its conclusion this weekend.

European heavyweights such as Toulouse, Munster and Clermont Auvergne have already secured quarter-final places, and the scramble is now on for prized home ties.

Here is what is at stake, pool-by-pool.

Heineken Cup holders Toulon have already won the group, but a bonus-point victory away to Glasgow on Saturday could mean they progress as top seeds. Second-placed Cardiff Blues should secure Amlin qualification if they beat Arms Park visitors Exeter.

French heavyweights Toulouse are set to top the pool, and a home quarter-final will be confirmed if they claim a five-point maximum against Italian minnows Zebre on Saturday. Saracens will also qualify by beating Connacht at Allianz Park, although it could be as eighth seeds, but a Connacht win would also put them in the last-eight mix.

Clermont Auvergne's win at Harlequins last weekend wrapped up the group, and a bonus-point success at home to struggling Racing Metro would confirm a home quarter-final. The winners of the Scarlets versus Quins clash in west Wales should secure Amlin last-eight qualification.

Leicester and Ulster meet in a group decider at Welford Road on Saturday, although both teams have already secured quarter-final places. Ulster are currently top by two points, and a win would see them progress as number one seeds, but a defeat could put them on the road. Tigers are set for a home quarter-final if they triumph.

Munster, Heineken Cup winners in 2006 and 2008, booked a quarter-final spot by defeating Gloucester last weekend, but they need victory over Thomond Park visitors Edinburgh on Sunday - and other results to work for them - in pursuit of a home tie. An Edinburgh win could take them into the Amlin last-eight.

PROBABLE QUARTER-FINALISTS:Toulon, Toulouse, Clermont Auvergne, Leicester, Munster, Ulster, Saracens.

Watch Saracens take on Connacht on Sky Sports 2 from 1pm on Saturday, with Zebre against Toulouse available via your red button from 1.35. It's Glasgow Warriors against Toulon from 3.30pm on the same channel, followed by Leicester and Ulster from 5.45pm.
