Crystal Palace stars Scott Dann and Martin Kelly have hailed the impact made by new manager Alan Pardew.
Pardew oversaw his second successive Premier League victory on Saturday since taking over at the turn of the year – a superb comeback to win 3-2 at struggling Burnley.
Palace were in the bottom-three when the 53-year-old moved from Newcastle but they have now lifted themselves up to 12th.
And defender Kelly told Sky Sports: "What he’s done in the last couple of weeks has been brilliant.
“He’s brought great experience to the club and the push us players have needed. We’re enjoying training and tactically we know what we’re doing. We’re showing that in games with the confidence we’ve got – especially coming back from two goals down to win.
“It’s a great dressing room to be in at the minute. It’s full of characters. We’ve got good players as well but it takes a good team with good character to come back from 2-0 down on such a tight pitch.”
Palace fell behind to goals from Ben Mee and Danny Ings within 16 minutes, but Jason Puncheon and Dwight Gayle won the game - Gayle's second a dramatic 87th minute winner.
Centre-back Dann said: “Alan wants us to get more people forward, more crosses into the box, more shots in the box, and we’ve shown today that Jason and Dwight can put the ball when they get in there.
“Alan’s come in and given everyone a lift; the players, the coaching staff and the fans. Everyone has taken to him. It’s a massive result today and now we’ve got to keep it going and go on a run.”
