Swans put unbeaten home record on the line against Trotters

Swansea will be hoping their fine form on home soil continues this weekend when they play host to struggling Bolton. The Swans are still searching for consistency since joining the Premier League elite, but they remain a formidable proposition at the Liberty Stadium. A survival bid is likely to be built on their ability to grind out results in front of their own supporters. Swansea are currently unbeaten in 12 successive home games in league competition stretching back to last season. Brendan Rodgers' side are also the only team in the top flight yet to concede a goal in a home match this term. Scoring goals at the other end has been a bit of a problem for the Swans, but summer signing Danny Graham has netted in his last three Premier League appearances and is starting to justify his £3.5million price tag. Swansea will fancy their chances of breaching Bolton's defence this weekend, with the Trotters having shipped a division-high 24 so far. Unsurprisingly, a back four that has kept only one clean sheet in its last 15 top flight outings has seen Owen Coyle's men suffer seven defeats already this season and they currently occupy a standing inside the drop zone. Bolton have, however, won five and lost none of their last nine fixtures against Swansea. Of slightly more concern to Coyle is the fact that the Trotters have lost 13 of their last 17 games on the road.

Team news

Swansea boss Rodgers is likely to name an unchanged side on Saturday. Midfielder Kemy Agustien is back in training following a hamstring problem but the Liberty Stadium contest comes too soon for the Dutchman, while defender Steven Caulker is targeting next month's meeting with Manchester United for his return from a knee injury. Wayne Routledge is likely to be on the bench again after the midfield trio of Mark Gower, Joe Allen and Leon Britton impressed at Wolves. Bolton defender Dedryck Boyata is a major injury doubt for the Trotters' trip to Wales. Boyata, who is on loan from Manchester City, is back in contention having been ineligible for Wanderers' Carling Cup defeat at Arsenal on Tuesday, but he has also been nursing an ankle problem that he picked up in the league game against Sunderland last weekend and could miss out once again. The likes of Fabrice Muamba and Mark Davies will be hoping to keep their places after coming into the team for the tie at Emirates Stadium and impressing.
