Leighton Baines' hamstring injury will keep him out for up to two weeks.

Euro 2016 Qualifiers

The Everton left-back was ruled out of England's European Qualifier against Slovenia after he was hurt in training on Friday.

There were fears of a long absence, but a scan revealed only a grade one tear, the least serious damage.

And a statement on the Everton website said Baines could yet be fit for their next game - at home to West Ham next Saturday.

"Baines will continue to be monitored by Everton’s medical team and, although he remains a doubt for next Saturday, he has not yet been ruled out of the game against Sam Allardyce’s Hammers."

More from England V Slovenia

In the meantime, Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs is likely to deputise for England against Slovenia and in Tuesday's friendly against Scotland.
