Roda JC Kerkrade coach Harm Van Veldhoven is set to leave the club in search of a new challenge at the end of the season.

Club also reveal Kurto interest

Roda JC Kerkrade coach Harm Van Veldhoven is set to leave the club in search of a new challenge at the end of the season. The 49-year-old coach has worked at the Dutch club since November 2008, guiding the club to the brink of Europa League qualification in 2010 before losing a play-off to Utrecht. Roda JC had been hoping Van Veldhoven would extend his stay but he has decided to call time on his reign. Van Veldhoven told the official Roda JC website: 'I always felt a lot of respect in Kerkrade. We did fantastic things. I wish the club all the best for future." The news comes as Roda have also announced they are looking to bring in Poland U21 goalkeeper Filip Kurto to the club in the summer. The 20-year-old Wisla Krakow stopper is set to replace another Polish goalkeeper in Kerkrade as Pawel Kieszek is due to return to Porto when his loan expires at the end of the season. Technical director Gerard Wielaert told De Limburger: "He is a young, talented goalkeeper who has been on our list since last year. He is again an interesting player for us."
