Blackpool midfielder Jose Miguel Cubero has pulled out of the Costa Rica squad to focus on recovering from injury.
The 27-year-old was set to join up with his country for friendlies against Oman and Korea Republic but an ankle problem has seen him make the decision to stay in this country.
Cubero, who has featured twice this season, is targeting a return from injury against Huddersfield next weekend.
