Striker aims to get back into Peterborough side

Danny Crow is hoping hard work will lead to a recall to the Peterborough United starting line-up. The striker has yet to start in League Two this season, but has marked his two substitute appearances with a goal in each cameo. Crow was taken off the transfer list over the summer and aims to continue impressing manager Darren Ferguson with his attitude. But the youngster feels he still has to prove himself after last season's television documentary Big Ron Manager, in which his attitude attracted criticism.

Annoying

"It's been disappointing not to be involved as I have been in previous seasons, but George Boyd and Aaron McLean are playing well together and have a good partnership," Crow told the club's official website. "I just have to keep my head down, work hard and hopefully the chances will come. "I think a lot of people's opinions of me are still negative and I need to change what people think. It's annoying that the programme is still being repeated. "I just keep my head down, though, and concentrate on my football."
