Cologne have confirmed the departures of Fabrice Ehret and Konstantinos Giannoulis.

But Andrezinho signs a one-year contract extension

Cologne have confirmed the departures of Fabrice Ehret and Konstantinos Giannoulis, while full-back Andrezinho has signed a new contract. Wing-back Ehret has left for Ligue 1 newcomers Evian on a free transfer after six years with the German club. At the same time, Greek full-back Konstantinos Giannoulis has joined Atromitos FC in his homeland on loan for the entire 2011/2012 season. In contrast, Brazilian full-back Andrezinho has signed a one-year contract extension to keep him at Rhein-Energie-Stadion until June 2012. Cologne general manager Volker Finke told Deutsche Presseagentur: "We have signed a new deal with Andrezinho to hand him a fresh chance to impress. "He will remain at our club in this new season. "Furthermore, we decided to allow Konstantinos Giannoulis a loan spell at Atromitos FC as we feel he will benefit from regular match practice. Fabrice Ehret leaves our club for Evian."
