Iron receive midfielder boost
Scunthorpe midfielder Josh Wright has withdrawn his transfer request at Glanford Park.
The 21-year-old, whose contract expires at the end of the season, had previously expressed his desire to leave the Championship strugglers by handing in a transfer request last month.
The highly-rated midfielder was linked with a move away from Scunthorpe during the January transfer window, but the player remained at Glanford Park.
Wright will now be hoping to return to Ian Baraclough's side as they battle to avoid relegation.
Wright has made 68 appearances for the Iron since arriving on a free transfer from Charlton in the summer of 2009.
