Arce set to replace Martino after fours years in charge

Gerardo Martino has stepped down as coach of Copa America runners-up Paraguay after four years in charge. Martino guided his troops to the final of this summer's Copa America in Argentina. However, it was not to be for Paraguay, who slipped to a 3-0 defeat to winners Uruguay. Martino also helped Paraguay to their first-ever World Cup quarter-final in South Africa last year, where they were beaten by eventual winners Spain. The 48-year-old Argentinian is set to be replaced by Francisco Arce.
