Highly-rated goalkeeper Carlos Kameni has agreed a new contract with Espanyol.
The Cameroon international had been linked with a summer move to the Premier League after another impressive season in the Primera Division.
However, after recently stating his commitment to Espanyol, Kameni, 25, is to sign a deal that will keep him at Estadi RCDE until 2013.
"We have agreed an extension and Kameni has indicated to us he is happy to continue at Espanyol," sporting director Ramon Planes said on the club's official website.
