Complications prompt keeper's return to Peterborough

Mark Tyler is returning to Peterborough United after Bury were unable to extend the goalkeeper's loan. The 31-year-old has spent the past two months on loan at Gigg Lane and had made 11 appearances for the promotion hopefuls. Shakers boss Alan Knill was hoping to hold on to Tyler for a third month and the keeper was also keen to stay at the League Two club. However, Knill confirmed to Bury's official website that complications in the talks have prompted Tyler to return to Peterborough. Knill may now decide to look for another loan keeper as he seeks to maintain Bury's push for promotion to League One.
