Hornets keep hold of Tyler

Keeper to spend a second month at Vicarage Road

Watford have extended goalkeeper Mark Tyler's loan spell at the club from Peterborough United. Tyler joined the Hornets late last month after Aidy Boothroyd lost both Mart Poom and Scott Loach to long-term injuries. Boothroyd has given Richard Lee the gloves in recent weeks, with Tyler providing the back-up at Vicarage Road from the bench. An extension for a second month has now been agreed between the two clubs as Tyler seemingly has no future at Peterborough. He was put on the transfer list at the end of last season after losing his place to Joe Lewis and also spent a spell on loan at Hull City.
