Keylor Navas would jump at the chance to join Atletico Madrid from Levante as the Spanish champions look for a replacement for Thibaut Courtois.

The Costa Rica international is reported to be Los Colchoneros' number one target and he could not hide his admiration for Diego Simeone's outfit.

"Atleti? It would be sensational," Navas is quoted as saying by el Mundo Deportivo.

"I really like this team a lot."

Atletico are in search of a new goalkeeper after Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho refused to let Courtois extend his loan at the club or sell the Belgian on a permanent basis.

The 27-year-old Navas has a €10 million buy-out clause and just one more year on his current contract, but Levante are not prepared to let him leave on the cheap.

Club president, Quico Catalan, has admitted, however, that the club could be forced to study offers to avoid losing the custodian for free next summer.
