Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists if the club conduct any more transfer activity it will only be for a 'special player' as the window reaches its conclusion.
The Gunners sold former captain Robin van Persie to Manchester United and last week saw defensive midfielder Alex Song move to Barcelona, bringing in the best part of £40million.
Wenger is expected to add some more fresh faces after the summer arrivals of Spain midfielder Santi Cazorla, who impressed on his debut, German striker Lukas Podolski and France forward Olivier Giroud.

A season-long loan deal for Real Madrid's Turkey international Nuri Sahin is "not alive", according to the Arsenal manager, who has also been linked with Sevilla winger Jesus Navas and Rennes' £17million-rated midfielder Yann M'Vila.
However, Wenger insists if the club move again in the market, it will have to be for the right man.
"We will only take players who have something special," said the Arsenal manager, who takes his side to Stoke on Sunday.
"We are still in the market in some positions, but overall we believe we have a very strong squad.
"We have a good mixture because we have experienced players in midfield like [Mikel] Arteta and [Santi] Cazorla, like [Tomas] Rosicky, and some young very promising players like [Alex] Oxlade-Chamberlain, [Aaron] Ramsey, [Francis] Coquelin, [Jack] Wilshere and one or two in between age wise like [Abou] Diaby, who is coming back. We believe we have a good mixture."
Liverpool is the expected destination for Sahin, who has been on the edges of the Madrid side, with Brendan Rodgers claiming a deal is close.
When asked about whether Arsenal would push a move through, Wenger said: "At the moment, it is not alive. Can you be not alive and not dead? It is possible."
As well as looking for reinforcements, Wenger accepts some of his own fringe players can leave - such as Denmark striker Nicklas Bendtner.
"We have some players who can go out," he said. "I have a clear idea of what I want to do, if it happens, it happens."
Walcott
Arsenal are hoping to tie-up England forward Theo Walcott on a contract extension.
"We try to sort it out, and we will try to sort it out one way or the other," said Wenger.
"We want to extend his contract, and to keep him at the club. His desire is also right, he wants to stay and we need to find an agreement."
