Tottenham midfielder keen to secure move to QPR
Steven Pienaar is growing increasingly frustrated that Tottenham are standing in the way of a possible move to Queens Park Rangers,
Sky Sports understands.
The South Africa international is on the fringes of the first-team squad at White Hart Lane and a number of sides had looked at his situation.
But Spurs are digging their heels in and are demanding at least £6million for the former Everton midfielder - which is putting off potential suitors.
QPR, though, remain on his trial and are hoping to persuade Spurs to do a deal before next week's deadline.
Frustrated
Pienaar, though, is agitated that he is being denied the chance to link up with Mark Hughes at Loftus Road.
A source close to the deal told
Sky Sports: "Steven is very frustrated at what is going on.
"Spurs are pricing him out of a move, as they really don't want to let him go.
"We are now just hoping that Spurs lower their valuation and allow Steven to make the move."
