Defender to sign 18-month deal
Sky Sports understands Michael Spillane is poised turn his loan move from Brentford to Dagenham & Redbridge into a permanent deal.
Spillane joined Dagenham on loan in November after finding himself down the pecking order at Griffin Park.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has made nine appearances for the Daggers and has done enough to win a permanent move from John Still.
Brentford boss Uwe Rosler is happy to let Spillane move on and Dagenham have moved quickly to secure his signature on a full-time basis.
The former Norwich man is believed to have agreed an 18-month deal.
