Striker enjoying chance to play regular football

Jason Price admits he would be happy to extend his loan spell at Oldham Athletic from League One rivals Millwall. The striker joined the Latics on an initial month-long deal on deadline day earlier this month and has scored once in four appearances for Dave Penney's side. Price, who played under Penney at Doncaster Rovers, is due to return to Millwall after Oldham's game against leaders Norwich City this weekend. However, with his opportunities limited at The Den, the experienced front man is keen to stay at Boundary Park. "I hadn't been playing regularly at Millwall which is why manager Kenny Jackett suggested it would be better for me to go out on loan and play some games," Price told the club's official website. "I have been playing regularly and would be happy to stay, though nothing has been mentioned as yet."
