Northern Ireland boss Michael O'Neill has named uncapped Sheffield Wednesday striker Caolan Lavery in his squad for their upcoming matches against Qatar and Romania.
The 22-year-old U21 international, who has impressed back at the Owls after a productive loan spell at Chesterfield earlier this season, has been included in a 28-man group.
Ross County forward Liam Boyce has been rewarded for his recent form with a recall and there is also a place for Cheltenham goalkeeper Trevor Carson.
Bolton's London-born winger Liam Feeney has not been included despite recent speculation that he could pledge his allegiance to the country.
O'Neill's men face Qatar in a friendly at Crewe's Gresty Road on May 31 before they take on Group F leaders Romania in a key European Qualifier at Windsor Park on June 13.
Northern Ireland are in a strong position in the group, just a point behind Romania and four points clear of third-placed Hungary after five games.
