Assam Achahbar broke the deadlock for Feyenoord against their rivals PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie with this stunning volley.

Feyenoord 's Anass Achahbar was given his first start of the season after he bagged the winner against FC Dordrecht last week, and the decision paid dividends as Achahbar scored two fine goals in the 59th and 63rd minutes (see above), the first a volley on the turn.

PSV replied through Memphis Depay in the 68th minute but could not find an equaliser.

Ajax were given a helping hand on the way to victory as Xander Houtkoop diverted Davy Klaassen's header into his own net for the only goal in the 79th minute.

FC Groningen twice came from behind to take a point from a 2-2 draw at home to FC Twente.

The visitors led through Renato Tapia after 12 minutes and then again thanks to Joachim Andersen before the hour mark after Lorenzo Burnet levelled in between.

But Mimoun Mahi earned the hosts a point with a second equaliser 10 minutes from time.

The spoils were also shared between PEC Zwolle and Excelsior, who drew 1-1.

Mustafa Sayman put PEC Zwolle ahead in the 37th minute, only for Excelsior to level three minutes later.
