Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis was delighted with the reception he received from Stoke fans as the Eagles earned a 1-0 win against his former employers.

Palace midfielder Mile Jedinak revealed that the team was delighted for Puncheon who bounced back after his dreadful penalty miss against Tottenham. "Punch is a guy with a strong character and I think he showed all that resilience and that thick skin today. "He slotted the goal away perfectly could have perhaps had another couple - he'd be the first to admit that - but we're all absolutely delighted for him." The result takes Palace to 16th in the table and Jedinak believes they can keep on grinding out results. "It's going to be tight we know that but it's about how we react and we won't look at that very much to be honest with you," he added. "It's one of those where you just have to get on with it and just keep on churning out and grinding out the performances."
