The match in Split will give the national team coach a chance to have a look at his players as they begin their schedule of warm-up games before Euro 2004.
VfB Stuttgart defender Philipp Lahm is the only new face in the 24-man party. The 20-year-old has impressed the national team boss with his form in the Bundesliga and also in his club's UEFA Champions League campaign.
There are recalls for midfield pair Dietmar Hamann and Torsten Frings. Both players have been absent from the international fold due to long-term injuries.
Voller has stated he will be willing to rest those squad members from those sides that are involved in European competition the following week.
"There must be a give and take between the Bundesliga and the German FA," admitted the former international forward to Sport-Bild.
"The national team is the most important side, but I can't be so naive and claim that I don't care how Bayern Munich will do against Real Madrid and Stuttgart against Chelsea."
