Toshack names 25-man squad

John Toshack has named his Wales squad for their upcoming Euro 2008 qualifiers.

John Toshack has named his 25-man Wales squad for their upcoming Euro 2008 qualifiers against Republic of Ireland and San Marino.

Wales, who have three points from their opening three Group D qualifiers so far, can ill afford to drop any more points in this month's two encounters.

Toshack will have a new man between the sticks as Lewis Price was in goal for the side's 3-1 home win over Cyprus last October.

Wales have no major injury worries at the back while Jermaine Easter will be hoping to make his first competitive appearance following his Northern Ireland debut.

There was no place however for the likes of John Oster, Robert Page, Robert Edwards and Mark Delaney.
