Beenhakker's side claim 1-1 draw with Denmark

Poland battled back from a goal down to claim a 1-1 draw with Denmark in Chorzow. Leo Beenhakker's side go into Euro 2008 on a three-game unbeaten run after following up a draw against Macedonia in May with a win over Albania. The visitors led through Martin Vingaard's effort although Jacek Krzynowek's goal on 43 minutes earned Poland a share of the spoils. Denmark, who failed to qualify for this summer's Championship in Austria and Switzerland, went ahead in on 28th minutes through Vingaard. However, Poland were level before the break when veteran midfielder Krzynowek equalised two minutes before half-time. Beenhakker rung the changes after the interval, but neither side could find a winner. Poland open their Euro 2008 campaign against Germany.
