Swedish star Tobias Linderoth is hopeful he will be fit to make Euro 2008.
The former Everton midfielder had surgery on a hip problem in January and he is unlikely to play for his club Galatasaray before the end of the season.
"The most important thing is that I get to train," Linderoth told Expressen.
"It has been a tough few months. But I have tried to be positive and it has definitely been easier with family and friends around me.
"I am grateful to Galatasaray that I could start the first stage of the rehabilitation at home in Sweden."
