Heracles Almelo striker Thijs Sluijer has left the Eredivisie to continue his career in Bulgaria with Litex Lovech.The 26-year-old had played for the Dutch club since 2001 but will now undertake a new challenge on the continent.
Sluijer moves to Lovech on a two-year deal after the two clubs reached an accord on a fee for the hit-man.
The Bulgarian outfit are preparing for a Uefa Cup charge next season and Sluijer will add to the attacking threat at their disposal.
