Utrecht have made a contract offer to Tim Cornelisse, but no decision will be made until the conclusion of the current campaign.The Dutch club have been impressed with the right-back and are keen to tie him down to a new deal.
Cornelisse's present contract is due to expire in the summer of 2008, but he has been offered a two-year extension.
"With the major importance of the games that are coming up, we will talk further after the play-offs," Cornelisse told De Telegraaf. "But Utrecht and myself have got the intention to come to an agreement."
The club are also in talks with Rick Kruys whose current commitment is due to expire in 2008.
