The left-sided stopper has been carrying the knock for a while now and the Feyenoord team doctor confirmed on the club's official website that he is unlikely to figure for another three weeks.
"We think he will be out for two to three weeks from now," read the statement.
"This week he will not return to the training ground, that is for sure."
