The Moroccan midfielder no longer figures in the plans of PSV coach Guus Hiddink, having spent last season on loan at Spanish outfit Cordoba, and he has been allowed to find himself a new home.
PSV had been looking to remove his salary from the wage bill permanently, but they have opted to accept a loan proposal from Twente.
Ramzi`s present deal with PSV has a further two seasons to run, but he is unlikely to figure at the Philips Stadion in the future, and a permanent move to Twente could be negotiated if he impresses.
The 25-year-old will be surrounded by familiar faces at Twente, as they have already raided the Eindhoven outfit by completing a loan move for Jelle Ten Rouwelaar and the permanent signing of Giorgi Gakhokidze.
