Van der Vaart back for Holland

DICK ADVOCAAT has included Rafael van der Vaart in his squad for Holland`s upcoming Euro 2004 qualifiers with Czech Republic and Moldova.

Ajax starlet van der Vaart starred for his country during their 3-1 win over Germany in November, but missed the narrow victory over Argentina due to injury.

He has since shrugged off the leg problem to return for Ajax, and Advocaat had no hesitation in bringing him back into the fold.

With Fulham`s Edwin van der Sar sidelined, Real Sociedad`s Sander Westerveld and Ronald Waterreus of PSV will vie for the keeper`s jersey.

The Dutch have had a perfect start to their Group 2 campaign, but something will have to give when they face the Czechs on Saturday before facing winless Moldova on Wednesday.

Squad:

Ronald Waterreus (PSV), Sander Westerveld (Real Sociedad); Frank de Boer (Barcelona), Giovanni van Bronckhorst (Arsenal), Andre Ooijer (PSV), Michael Reiziger (Barcelona), Fernando Ricksen (Rangers), Jaap Stam (Lazio); Mark van Bommel (PSV), Paul Bosvelt (Feyenoord), Edgar Davids (Juventus), Clarence Seedorf (Milan), Rafael van der Vaart (Ajax); Ronald de Boer (Rangers), Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (Chelsea), Pierre van Hooijdonk (Feyenoord), Patrick Kluivert (Barcelona), Roy Makaay (Deportivo La Coruna), Andy van der Meyde (Ajax), Ruud van Nistelrooy (Manchester United) and Boudewijn Zenden (Chelsea).
