As expected, PSV Eindhoven look set to win the race for Blackburn Rovers' Andre Ooijer.
The Dutch stopper is out of contract in the summer and has already told Rovers of his desire to return to his homeland.
A host of clubs from the Eredivisie have expressed an interest in taking Ooijer - but a move back to former club PSV was always the most likely option.
Now their technical chief Adrje van Kraaij has confirmed that Ooijer is set for a move back to the Philips Stadion.
"There is a big chance a deal will be completed soon," Van Kraaij told Algemeen Dagblad
"It's hard to say exactly when."
Ooijer previously played for PSV between 1997 and 2006.
