Jentzsch to join Wolves

1860 MUNICH goalkeeper Simon Jentzsch has agreed a move to Bundesliga rivals Wolfsburg.

The giant shot-stopper has been in impressive form this season and was reportedly on the shopping list of several Bundesliga clubs.

Jentzsch will reportedly cost ambitious Wolves around ‚é¼3 million and Wolfsburg general manager Peter Pander feels they have got a bargain.

"The goalkeeping position has been one of our major considerations for over a year now and so we are delighted to have found a great solution," said Pander.

"Jentzsch is a man with a bright future and it is no coincidence that he is currently playing for the German 'Team 2006'".

Meanwhile, 1860 have announced that Energie Cottbus keeper Andre Lenz will replace Jentzsch between the posts at the Olympic Stadium next season.
