Milan maintain Oddo interest

Milan are believed to still be interested in Lazio's Massimo Oddo.

Milan are believed to have not given up hope of signing Lazio's Massimo Oddo, despite his club president saying that he is not for sale.

Reports suggest that Lazio received a ‚é¼6 million offer plus the permanent signing of current loanee Pasquale Foggia.

Despite his reluctance to sell, Lazio president Claudio Lotito says that he will not stand in Oddo's way, should he wish to leave.

"He's not for sale," he said, "but we don't put anyone in chains.

"It would be necessary for us to receive an offer that matches his talent."

The two clubs are believed to be in negotiations in regards to a transfer fee, but talks collapsed when Lazio deemed Milan's initial offer as unacceptable.

A deal would become increasingly unlikely should Lotito hold out for a large transfer fee, as Milan are believed to have other targets.
