Lazio coach Delio Rossi has decided not to name his first choice goalkeeper.Rossi believes that Angelo Peruzzi and Matteo Sereni should compete against each other to establish who plays.
Peruzzi walked out of training last week to protest against the lack of clarification, but it is likely that Sereni's failure to agree a pay cut will prompt his exit from the Roman club.
"Peruzzi knows he was wrong but it isn't a problem," said Rossi.
"Anyway, Peruzzi has been clear about wanting to stay. Now the technical choice is up to me.
"I had already taken a decision before this came along and shook everything up.
"The person who plays on Sunday won't necessarily be the regular for the whole season."
