Serie A Round-Up

Juventus continued their imperious march towards the title with a 2-0 win at Modena, while Internazionale thumped Reggina 6-0.

Juve are unbeaten after 10 games, as goals either side of half time by David Trezeguet and Pavel Nedved gave Marcello Lippi's side another three points.

Inter seem to have found some form in Serie A and Alberto Zaccheroni's side handed out a lesson in clinical finishing to Reggina.

Inter were frustrated for over half an hour but the goal when it came was worth waiting for.

It came from an unusual source, as Fabio Cannavaro staked his claim for goal of the season with an arching drive from all of 35 yards which flew into the top corner.

Cannavaro's strike set Inter on their way and Obafemi Martins doubled the advantage with a fine run and shot.

Dutch flyer Andy van der Meyde scored one and created another for Francisco Farinos as Inter moved into cruise control.

Julio Cruz then rounded the keeper on 65 minutes to make it five, while Italy marksman Christian Vieri got his name on the scoresheet 15 minutes from time.
