The duo are both expected to leave Chievo as they look to raise some funds and Inter lead the chase for the pair.
Inter have held talks with Chievo over the double deal and although nothing is official the moves could be concluded as early as next week.
Chievo director of sport Gigi Sartori admitted that both sides were in talks but that a number of English and Spanish clubs were also interested in the pair.
"There is nothing official on Luciano but we will discuss the matter again next week," said Sartori.
"We hope to close the deals before next Thursday, but for both Luciano and Perrotta there is also interest from Spain and England."
