Striker keen to stay in Serie A

Goran Pandev's agent has admitted a number of clubs are chasing the Lazio forward's signature. The Macedonian forward joined Lazio in 2004, having left his homeland three years earlier to go to Inter Milan. He is keen to stay in Serie A but is also keeping his options open at this stage as there is interest from across Europe. Pandev's representative Carlo Pallavicino concedes there have been no official offers as yet but claims Germany could be a possible destination. "Up to now there are no transfer dealings regarding Goran," Pallavicino told Munich-based newspaper tz. "There have been some clubs coming up to me asking about his availability, yes. I can confirm this. "Basically his desire is to stay on in Italy in order to achieve Italian citizenship next year, but there is a chance he might move on now. "And if there is no one from Serie A coming in, those clubs interested in his availability were from all around Europe. "Some were from Bundesliga. So maybe his next club is Bayern Munich."
