Sao Paulo have signed Columbian striker Dorlan Pabon on an 18-month loan deal from Valencia.
The 26-year-old has featured 13 times in La Liga this season, scoring on three occasions, but has struggled to establish himself as a regular part of Juan Antonio Pizzi's first-team plans.
Pabon joined Valencia from Mexican side Monterrey during the summer for a reported fee of £6million and has had previous spells at Parma and Real Betis.
The striker has ambitions of making Colombia's World Cup squad and he says he is glad to have secured the switch to Brazil where he hopes to play regular football.
"I am very happy and proud to have the chance to play in a great club like Sao Paulo," he told the club's official website.
"I am getting a lot of support from the whole squad, staff, board and of course, from the fans too.
"I hope to have a lot of success at the club."
