Deportivo La Coruna's Andres Guardado has shrugged off speculation linking him with a move to England.

Black Cats reportedly interested in Mexican

Andres Guardado has insisted he is concentrating solely on keeping Deportivo La Coruna away from relegation, as speculation builds over a possible move to England. Sunderland are the latest club reportedly interested in bringing the highly-rated Mexico winger to the Premier League. Bolton and Aston Villa have previously been connected to the 24-year-old, who is valued at around €10million euros. The Black Cats are now understood to have joined the chase and are believed to have sent scouts to watch Guardado in action against Levante at the weekend. Depor suffered a 1-0 defeat to increase their relegation worries, with the club now just two points above the drop zone. And Guardado maintains that he will not think about his future until survival has been secured. He said: "My objective is to save the team and after that we will speak at the end of the season."
