The midfielder is one of the few players to play for both Barcelona and bitter rivals Real, but the Madrid side have not agreed a new deal for the player.
Celades would not rule out a move to Betis - but is coy over his future.
"Nobody from Betis has contacted me, but at this time I am open to all propositions."
The 30-year-old has played over 130 matches in the Spanish top flight.
