Getafe have confirmed that Pablo Franco will remain in charge of the first team until the end of the season.
Franco was promoted from managing the B team to become Gefate's third coach of the campaign, following the sudden departure of Quique Sanchez Flores two weeks ago.
Monday's 2-1 league triumph at Cordoba was Getafe's first win in La Liga under Franco and lifted the Madrid-based outfit to 12th in the table, five points clear of the drop zone.
A statement from Getafe read: "The board of Getafe has taken the decision for Pablo Franco to remain as coach of the first team until the end of the campaign.
"Javier Casquero will be his second in command."
Sanchez Flores stepped down after just seven weeks in charge, citing personal reasons for his departure.
Getafe are looking to defend their Primera Division status for an 11th-straight season, having clinched 29 points in 26 games so far this season, and they lock horns with David Moyes' Real Sociedad on Monday at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
