Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos insists the team need to improve their attitude after their poor start to the new season continued.
The Spanish champions lost 1-0 at Sevilla on Saturday, their second loss in four games.
Jose Mourinho reacted with fury at the defeat and Ramos admitted that the team need to look at themselves.
"The moment has arrived for us to look at ourselves and say we can give more, that we should improve and change our attitude," said the Spanish defender.
"I always say that we're all guilty. From first to last. When we win, we do it as one and when we lose, it is the same."
Mourinho gave his side both barrels after their latest setback - coming just days before they begin their Champions League campaign against Manchester City.
"We were wrong from the first minute to the last," he said. "We were lousy and got what we deserved. I did not have a team.
"Against Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup we were perfect, aggressive and fast. But we haven't been so since then. I am the coach and the buck stops with me."
Rumours rubbished
Mourinho was quick to rubbish suggestions that Real's poor form was linked to Cristiano Ronaldo's admission that he was 'sad' with his current life at the club.
"This has no connection with the rumours of the past two weeks," he said.
"It is about a state of mind. I could say that two or three heads only are thinking the right way. We had too few heads that were committed and focused on the right priorities.
"I changed two players - but I wanted to change seven. Maybe we should be able to make more changes.
"If no heads are committed, it is my fault. This season, the only game when we played was in the Super Cup. We played a bit against Valencia, nothing against Getafe or against Sevilla and very little against Granada."
