Wesley Sneijder has returned to training at Real Madrid following a pre-season knee injury.
The Holland international sustained a knock to his left leg during the Emirates Cup tournament against Arsenal.
He was able to take part in a brief running session on Monday, having only been able to use weights up to this point.
He was also able to kick a ball for the first time since sustaining the injury, although he refrained from using his left foot.
Real are hoping the Dutch midfielder will be back in action soon as they look to claim the Primera Liga title for a third consecutive season.
